for anyone who has been wondering who this mysterious and awesome boss of mine was, this is a post for you.
yoko miyake was born in hiroshima and at young age of 16 she already left for europe. after studying at saint martins in london she moved to paris. being a designer she assisted at balenciaga and givenchy couture. her keen eye for edit brought her to fashion styling. the list of publications her work was featured in is endless (vogue japan, purple, rodeo,..), she did campaigns for puma, hermes and bourjois, styled runway shows for bernhard willhelm and devastee, and most importantly she dressed jared leto!
