Eating isn`t very Chanel

anyone wondering how my "diet" was going? since i wrote the post on detox, i`ve been really watching my diet and exercising a lot. i`ve been hiking with my mom and cycling and since i`m in the city i started running. i feel so much better now and i only want to go further. having a body of an athlete doesn`t sound bad at all. flat tummy here i come! after my detox week i really watch what i eat and if i eat something i shouldn`t my body reacts instantly. i didn`t run the past 2 days since i was busy and the weather was terrible and i already miss it! that`s kind of a good thing, it only shows i really need it...
